Affordable Roof Repair is the answer! After the heavy rains that came this winter we developed a huge leak above our bed. The leak was so severe the ceiling fell in. Scott & Greg came out in the pouring down rain and put a tarp over the roof until the rains quite. They came in and not only fixed the roof but they also repaired the water damaged ceiling and laminate flooring that buckled from the water. They did a tremedous job at 1/4 of what most roofing contractors quoted us.

Please note that we are not required by California to be a licensed contractor nor do we want to be. As such, we are limited as to the way we can charge for our repair work, and the way that this work is performed. Essentially, We cannot legally bid a price for, and agree to do a single job in which "the aggregate contract price specified in one or more improvement contracts, including all labor, services, and materials to be furnished by us, exceeds the $500 limit set by the state."
Chapter 12. Contractors License Law
Home Improvement Contract Form 7159. Contract requirements; effect of
noncompliance; violations This section applies only to home improvement
contracts, as defined in Section 7151.2, between a contractor, whether a
general contractor or a specialty contractor, who is licensed or
subject to be licensed pursuant to this chapter with regard to the
transaction and who contracts with an owner or tenant for work upon a
residential building or structure, or upon land adjacent thereto, for
proposed repairing, remodeling, altering, converting, modernizing, or
adding to the residential building or structure or land adjacent
thereto, and where the aggregate contract price specified in one or more
improvement contracts, including all labor, services, and materials to
be furnished by the contractor, exceeds the $500 limit set by the state.
